Are you a “team player?” So much more can be accomplished, when we all work together! The quarterback may be seen as a star, but the team around him is why the job can get done. Is there skill, and talent involved with a star, as well? Of course! But, the strength and cooperation of the team together, enables him to be one.
Aspire to be great, and everyone around you can benefit from that mindset. Cheer for the others who have aspirations themselves, and be one more reason they reach theirs. Ask any true leader, and they will agree-the team is the reason they lead. The reason things get done. A servant-leader is a wonderful example.
Are you a part of a team, today? If so, are you doing your part? Do you add value to the others? Are you a leader of a team? The question stands: are you doing your part? Are you bringing value to your team? Either way, someone is waiting for you! <3
