You may have a picture in mind right now-of a thing/person/circumstance etc. that could bring pain. Physical pain. The threshold for that pain depends on the person, the capabilities, and the stamina needed, among others. You may not really understand a person who has gone through-or is in pain, now. Try. Don’t stay there, but try. Do you have a low or high tolerance for pain?
Mental. Some things that cause pain in one-may not cause pain in the next person. Each of us associates a memory with the place and time, as well as people-around it. Did you know we can reframe a memory that gives us pain? Some choose to block the memory, others choose to turn it into something good. I believe in everything working together-in the long run (sometimes the “now”) for our good.

Yes, it’s blurry. Sometimes we simply can’t see straight because of the pain, and it’s the last thing we care about. The book RICH says: “Remember, you are different than anyone else for a reason. In your pain, you can find the understanding of your reason for being.” THAT gives us a reason. Maybe you’ve been searching for yours?
However you see pain, someone else feels exactly the same way today. Maybe you hurt physically. Take the steps needed to be the best you. Maybe you hurt mentally. The advice stays the same. Take the steps needed, to be the best you.
Whether you rarely feel pain, can only remember one thing that brought you pain, or you have chronic pain that seems it will last forever…we are surrounded by things that can bring a smile. Every day! People who need a word of encouragement-from us. You have gone-or are going through your pain for a reason. You may have heard-and I keep close, a picture shared recently. Never waste a day. Even days with pain? Learn from and grow through that pain. Someone needs to know you can!
Some days that takes faith. Big faith. Plus-sized FAITH!
Wishing you a pain-free, or a learning-filled day.
