Keto. This is one of the strangest eating plans! I can go for hours, without actually feeling hungry. Food. Who needs it?
Well, we all do. We don’t need too much (hence the plan I’m on…) but, we need it. We need a certain balance to what we put in our bodies, to keep us going. Years of abuse-too little-or too much-will cause damage. Your body was designed to eat. Some choose animals, some don’t. Some choose leafy veggies, and some choose nothing with dairy. Some choose a mixture of everything. Whatever you choose:

research-
and stick to it.
