Y’all may know I’ve been paying more attention to what goes in, as far as food, right? Three days from now, I will have been faithful to a new lifestyle for three months. I honestly can’t remember the last time I’ve been able to make that claim. Some days are challenging. Others, not at all. Today? A reminder that when you are focused on other things, food can be put on the “back burner.”
You may also recognize that I post a certain topic everyday, a chapter in the book RICH…The 27 Manifestations of Balance.” Guess what yesterday’s chapter was? Yep. Food. I’ve read the book, and quite honestly-I forgot what chapter we are on, sometimes. Hint if you’re paying attention: The chapter corresponds with the date every month. smh…. Am I reading it again? Of course!
So many great things in this book, the chapters never seem to get old! We can always learn something new, with coaching, in our class, as we deliver information, etc. I love that we have a safe place to explore and share our thoughts about what we read, as we go.
