It seems a little (or very!) unreal, to have typed my story in an MS Connection profile, recently. The other stories are so foreign-yet so familiar. Discovering the MRI’s showed the disease may have started years ago, and realizing implications of those facts…the weight of the unknown future seemed to take my breath away.
One thing I know is, this news didn’t take God by surprise. And…I am not alone. I know if you’re reading this, that you understand that feeling inside. You, or someone you love-may have experienced something trying to throw you off balance, as well. Because of that-we have a bond. A connection. We can share our stories, and learn together. It has been-and may continue to be-a costly journey. But, I know the lessons will be priceless.
I have been known as a very positive person. Always smiling. Chipper. Encouraging. And, I love to talk. In fact, it’s what I do.
I’ve posted a few screenshots of times I love.

I am a founding member of a coaching program that is already enriching lives across the world, and we’re just getting started! We are at the very beginning of what we believe will impact a million people, and more. A company where I absolutely love facilitating a weekly class, doing scheduled 1-on-1 coaching calls during the week, and am in the process of becoming a Personal Enrichment Coach, as well. It’s an amazing atmosphere of positive, like-minded people who are learning and growing on a daily basis, and through our connections with each other, and the benefits of growing and meeting goals together, are quickly becoming lifelong friends. I invite you to take a look, and see if it might be for you. I’m sure you already know the most successful people in any area of life have a coach.
Until we can balance the new and continuing symptoms that worsened in October-and how my body responds to the new medication recently started, I have made the heartbreaking decision to step down from actively facilitating and coaching…for the moment. I am not giving up! I am taking a step we know I must, to be able to continue moving forward on this new journey. I am in the process of #findingbalance.
I have not, however, walked away from what I know I was called to do. Speak. And, write. <3 I am blessed and excited to step back into both- as soon as I’m possibly able!
My hopes and dreams still center around inspiring, encouraging, motivating and giving others permission to be real, where they are. We each have a voice-and a story, but no one will hear it, if we don’t make the decision to speak. Or write. Or bounce back from whatever has been thrown at us. Is it always easy? Of course not. Are we always able to bounce back immediately? Not always. But I will return…and if you’re in a challenge, I know you can, as well. Just remember-no matter what- with His help we can. And when we do…Are you new to a particular challenge? Me, too.
It’s scary-and weird-and unreal-yet very real, at the same time.
There’s a sense of being totally out of control. BUT, we can have some control by being informed.
And treated.
And connected
And most importantly…
keeping our mind strong.
Thanks for stopping by, and feel free to message me! You’ll find a safe place to share a new challenge, or one you’ve conquered before.
Let’s get through the ups and downs of these times, together.
We’re connected, y’all! In staying connected we can help inspire others to make new connections and stick together, as well.
I don’t know about you, but that gives me hope. We can make a difference, and with God’s help, we can overcome!
Through Him, we are MORE THAN CONQUERORS!
Plus-sized faith today-
