Have you ever blogged? I remember being so excited the first time I did, years ago. The word poured out, and I shared my day, the scents and sounds, and emotions with anyone who would listen. I loved it. The few who read back then may have, as well. That went on for a while, with a handful of times where the blogging stopped….started….and stopped again. Fast forward a few years, and that same rush of excitement rose to the surface, when I expressed my thoughts on “paper.” Move ahead one more time.
This time, I have so much more to say. Not the number of words, necessarily, but the amount of life that’s happened in-between the years, has given a new perspective. The personal development taking place every day, brings fresh thoughts on new ideas. People appear around me, online and in-person, with similar mindsets-and together?
We are powerful.
Tonight, I relish the fact that I blog. This is the 61st post. In a row. (Or close.) The subject changes. The seasons change. The feelings change. I have changed.
This virtual diary of sorts, is a welcome outlet. I am so grateful to have tried blogging. I think I love it. For multiple reasons, but the one most helpful? The words are legible. Yes, I know, when writing on the board for class, or open house, or teacher’s clinic, it was lovely. “Back in the day.” The rest, I leave to your imagination. It’s not pretty. But I’m working on it.
The original question is posed a second time: “Have you ever blogged?”
Yes? Share yours!
No? May I have a word with you? 🙂
Why not try? You may find-
Virtual vulnerable value. (Much easier to type than to say. Yet another example of why I am an author of a blog, and not one who journals only.) <3
Plus-sized faith today,
