Until you have experienced otherwise, you may not realize the importance of good health. If you’ve seen sickness, or pain, or someone you love has experienced-or is experiencing either, the meaning of good health may escape you. When we’re young, and vibrant…full of energy and optimism, poor health is the furthest thing from our mind.
Unless, of course, you have it.
I have found that a glad heart, and a grateful spirit can have a powerful effect on how you feel. Rest and sleep, can make a huge, and positive difference, as well.
These words from RICH sum it up nicely: “I see health as the state of being sound in spirit, soul, and body, as well as the ability to be flexible and adapt to the stresses of life, allowing you to bounce back from adversity while striving to achieve balance.
Self-care is the beginning of health-care. In short, health is the ability to be rich and enjoy life.”
Got health?
